This Lino print series invites the observer to appreciate and reflect upon their favourite views. We often pass significant places or moments without stoping to enjoy that which is in front of us. The windows reflects this concept of pausing and relishing places or things which feed our soul. All windows have been created from a collection of drawings completed by the artist in the moment.

Bold aloe vera plants in clay pots lead the observer to view the fountain and orange trees in this handprinted Lino print. The window lattice, carefully carved with fine Lino tools, show the observer the wonders that lay beyond the window. Using inspiration from the artist's drawings, this Lino print hopes to create a small lens into the many marvels of past architecture.
