Terms & Conditions - workshops
Booking
On booking and paying for a course or workshop you will receive a booking and payment confirmation via email.
Workshops will need to reach a minimum class number to take place. If I do not recruit enough participants I will offer you a full refund or the option to transfer to another workshop date. I will contact you a minimum of 3 days before to let you know if your course will not take place.
I reserve the right to postpone a course if it does not reach the minimum capacity.
Cancellation
By Safa Aslam: In the event I need to cancel the course or workshop for whatever reason you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another date free of charge.
By the attendee: For workshops paid directly through safaaslam.com a refund of 90% will be given up to 14 days prior to the course start date. The fee is to allow for payment processing costs. If a participant cancels within 7 days I am unable to offer a refund.
Rescheduling
• You may transfer to another course or workshop up to 14 days before the start date.
• If your circumstances change e.g. due to work commitments, childcare issues, illness etc. a refund will not be given within 7 days of the workshop.
• All requests will be considered on an individual basis, depending on the circumstances.
